Hyundai Glovis said on March 23, 2026, that it took part in the World Breakbulk Expo 2026 in Shanghai the week before. The company wants to build ties with global shippers.

The World Breakbulk Expo is one of the biggest breakbulk logistics shows in Asia. It brings together shipping lines, logistics companies, and cargo owners, as well as port operators, to exchange ideas about market trends and look for new business opportunities. Apparently, this year’s event drew about 170 companies and more than 10,000 people from the industry from all over the world.

At the expo, Hyundai Glovis went on to highlight its maritime transport capabilities, which are backed up by the large fleet and years of experience in project logistics. The company also talked to potential customers about possible new partnerships.

In order to improve its breakbulk logistics skills, the company recently set up a separate high & heavy cargo division. In Shanghai, it concentrated on getting more Chinese manufacturers of commercial vehicles and heavy equipment in order to use its transportation services.

Hyundai Glovis further demonstrated its end-to-end logistics solutions, which connect maritime and inland transportation by way of a global network of over 100 overseas bases.

One of the company officials said that Hyundai Glovis has improved its capabilities not only for transporting finished vehicles but also for breakbulk cargo such as heavy equipment and that they will go on to build ties with global shippers and also grow as a full-service logistics company.
