On September 29, 2026, Diginex Limited, which is a provider of ESG and sustainability as well as compliance solutions to institutional and corporate clients, went ahead and announced the introduction of an improved end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform that provides companies one unified view of risk, actions, and results across their supply chains.
The launch of the end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform comes as anticipations grow that companies will comprehend and handle risks more thoroughly within more complicated supply chains. Regulation is also going beyond transparency, with due diligence obligations and bans on the import of forced labour encouraging firms to assess risks in their supply chains and show how they are managing them.
The global supply chain sustainability software market is expected to grow at a compound annual rate of 29% through 2029, reaching more than $7 billion by 2029*, according to Verdantix. “We believe that growth is being fuelled by major regulatory initiatives, including the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and the EU Forced Labour Regulation, which will ban products made with compelled labour from being marketed on or exported from the EU market from December 2027,” Diginex said.
The new offering allows customers to substitute fragmented, manual supplier data with a single system offering visibility across four stages:
- Connect – map out suppliers across multiple levels.
- Identify: Validate the potential risks through the comparison of company-reported, worker-reported, and third-party data.
- Act: Coordinate corrective action plans with suppliers.
- Demonstrate: Maintain a verifiable trail from initial discovery to confirmed resolution.
The tool will be developed over time, subject to customer research and prioritization, the company said.
The new offering is intended to cut operating costs by centralizing data, decrease exposure to legal risk by means of a standardized, evidence-based due diligence process, and enhance supplier and worker retention via clear accountability by centralizing supply chain information and producing a verified record of risk detection and corrective action.
As per the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Diginex, Archana Kotecha, “Regulation increasingly requires businesses to build a more complete picture of risk across their supply chains. That needs more than visibility and also requires actionable data that helps companies understand where risks sit, determine where to act, and measure the outcomes. Our solution is designed to connect those dots, helping businesses move from risk identification to action and measurable outcomes.”
