On March 12, 2026, Blue Yonder announced that it would add more AI, Mobile Apps in Supply Chain as well as execution solutions. These changes to its cognitive solutions are based on real customer use cases and feedback. They help businesses make better, faster, and more accurate decisions and make their supply chains much stronger.

According to Duncan Angove, chief executive officer, Blue Yonder, “In today’s complex supply chain environment, teams need a competitive edge to collaborate and adapt to real-world operations and scale across the enterprise. Our new agentic AI capabilities and mobile companion applications help teams work faster, assess risks and opportunities instantly, and execute role-specific tasks consistently.”

The primary elements that these updates focus on are – AI/ML, agentic AI, and modern user experiences that let people engage from anywhere to help break down barriers.

What’s fresh

Retail Planning AI – Improved AI agents for merchandise Financial Planning and Assortment Planning gives retailers the tools they need to make quicker, smarter choices about how to spot profit risks and suggest actions. They can also build better assortments based on trend analysis. And a new mobile app for allocation and replenishment lets planners look at store orders every day, make quick changes to allocations, and confirm quantities on the go for the most flexibility. Because of these improvements, planning teams go on to get more effective, achieving better results that are less likely to be wrong, and having more time to work on projects that have a bigger effect.

Retail Mobile Allocation and Replenishment app – This mobile app lets teams look at daily store orders on their phones, make changes, and confirm the final amounts at the DC.

Fulfillment & Sourcing Agent – beta – In addition to built-in AI updates for retail planning, a new agentic AI analyzes availability and SLA risks as well as fulfillment performance in real time so as to improve decision-making along with operational efficiency.

Agentic AI for Manufacturing Planning – AI, mobile apps in Supply Chain make planners more productive by automatically finding and resolving problems in demand, supply, and inventory plans. AI agents write briefs that explain why metrics are getting worse, what caused them, how much money it will cost, and what actions should be taken first. Teams can then look into agentic resolution options by way of deeply analyzing plan constraints and recommendations and swiftly generating and comparing scenarios, all with the help of a natural-language orchestrator.

Agentic Transportation Management – Due to this release, AI agents can keep an eye on active loads all the time and also compare them to weather alerts in real time. Improvements include machine learning-based route guidance and help finding viable backhaul opportunities to cut down on empty miles and lower transportation costs and emissions.

Warehouse Management AI – Embedded AI keeps an eye on the operational signals of the Warehouse Management System – WMS all the time and turns live data into clear insights for people in charge of operations and supervisors. The updates include dynamic operational briefs alongside suggested actions as well as guided root cause evaluation for important exceptions, such as the late shipment rate and short order analysis.

WMS Mobile Application – The Warehouse Operator App now has more features, such as the ability to work with pallets in inventory, receiving, picking, as well as loading, along with the ability to customize and also set up the app.

Customer Service Agent – beta – Offers teams who interact with customers the tools they need to handle questions, fix order problems, and provide great customer service.

The Orchestrator mobile app – Provides you direct access to Blue Yonder agentic AI, which enables supply chain efforts anytime and anywhere that improvements need to be made and problems need to be solved.

More Microsoft Teams integrations – With this release, Teams can be used to improve collaboration between people and AI. This brings agentic insights and workflows right into collaboration spaces so that decisions can be made more quickly and also with more information.

These improvements go on to move Blue Yonder much closer to its goal of offering enterprise-ready agentic AI that can be used for execution as well as planning. Because of these improvements, they help companies get things done faster while making their supply chains even more resilient.

Execution wherever work is done

Blue Yonder is still adding to its mobile execution features with the Orchestrator app, which lets users manage supply chain processes, and that too in real time on any device. Their mobile apps now let them manage shelves, keep track of inventory, handle logistics, and run the network while making sure planograms are followed. This app connects tasks from the warehouse to the store. Through working with Microsoft Teams, one can indeed make sure that everyone can work together without any problems.
