AI Summary

The integrated industrial solutions company, Magma, has signed Letters of Intent worth more thanĀ INR 800 crore to bank on the supply chain potential of India by indicating high demand from enterprise manufacturers throughout its advanced materials, waste management, precision engineering, and digital industrial solutions businesses.

Magma anticipates almostĀ 70% of the existing LOI pipeline to close in FY27, providing high visibility to the rest of 2026. The pipeline is an increasing demand when it comes toĀ large manufacturers and increasing depth with the company’s enterprise relationships.

Industry estimates peg India’s industrial B2B trade at around USD 2 trillion. The fact is that today, imports account for 60-65% of the consumption of high-value components for precision engineering – an annual opportunity of INR 20,000+ crore that organized, local suppliers can address in a unique manner. Meanwhile, India’s advanced materials and specialty chemicals market, valued at over USD 200 billion, is witnessing manufacturers continue to focus on performance inputs, which directly enhance production efficiency and uniformity throughout ceramics, polymers, packaging, and industrial applications.

The company is experiencing growing demand in Magma Green for clean, sorted, traceable recycled industrial feedstock as manufacturers seek affordable, sustainable substitutes for virgin materials to meet government mandates and the needs of a global clientele. India’s recycling market alone is worth $23.7 billion in 2026 and is expected to grow to $62.6 billion by 2035 as tightening EPR mandates drive demand for traceable recycled feedstock from a sustainability priority to a core procurement standard.

Magma Engineering is witnessing strong demand for indigenization and supply of essential components and precision-engineered parts, especially where availability of components directly impacts factory uptime. Advanced Materials continues to see strong demand for performance materials, compounds, and speciality products that enhance production quality, efficiency, and consistency. At the same time, Magma’s digital solutions are increasingly being used in industrial procurement and supply chains.

Today, when supply chain potential of India is truly growing, Magma serves over 200 active factories across India, comprising overĀ 110 large enterprise and conglomerate customers. Its clientele includes marquee industrial houses, including the likes ofĀ Reliance, JB Group, Birla Group, Indorama Group, RSWM Ltd, Uflex Ltd, Chiripal Group, Alliance Group, Dodhia Industries, and Ganesha Ecosphere, and Dalmia Industries, along with more than 100 other large industrial companies covering chemicals, ceramics, plastics, and polymers as well as packaging.

What one isĀ seeing today is the start of a compounding flywheel. AddsĀ Neal Thakker, Founder & CEO, Magma, “A critical problem gets us into a factory, execution earns trust, and that trust creates the opportunity to solve more of the customer’s industrial needs. This playbook is playing out across enterprises, and our focus is to scale with discipline, be capital efficient, and continue to build a profitable business.Ā We believe that the platform we can build from here is significantly bigger than what exists today.”
